**What does the role involve?**:
In this role, you will manage the entire production process for new product lines from the initial idea to implementation. This includes developing production concepts, manufacturing and evaluating prototypes and ensuring seamless execution. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will leverage our extensive network of internal and external partners to develop cutting-edge production technologies for future mechanical anchors. You will also play a key role in improving existing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, such as forming and highly automated assembly processes, while working closely with product development to improve related products. Your expertise will drive excellence and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

**What you need is**:

- University degree (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or comparable discipline
- First experience in technical project management and/or process development and/or lean management
- Hands-on mentality, a passion for innovation and an analytical mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Readiness to travel about 10%
