**What's the role?**:
As a Project Manager, you are responsible from the technology maturity (product & production) of a new product to a successful launch in the markets. You manage interdisciplinary project teams with full responsibility on manufacturing costs, on time delivery, quality and project budget. By orchestrating all the different functions, you create a creative, out of the box thinking atmosphere and an open trustful working environment.

**What does the role involve?**:
You balance initially the customer and stakeholder needs to create a product vision that generate customer added value. Requirements engineering, synchronisation of the different streams on system level, as well as release management should not be new territory for you. After qualification of the product development, you will manage the industrialization process and drive the right investment decisions into production equipment and tooling. You will understand the trade-offs with time & risk management as well as have an affinity to financial KPIs to derive fact-base decisions.

**What you need is**:

- You hold a degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- You gained experience in working in projects on the Marketing, R&D, Supply or Quality side and evidence in managing complex situations
- Entrepreneurial spirit with affinity to technical, supply, marketing, and quality topics
- Ability to reduce complexity and take decisions at calculated risk
- Strong willingness to deliver results
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive direction in an inclusive manner
- Fluent in English language (German language skills are an advantage)
