**About the role**:
**In this role you will**:

- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations for our Swiss, French and US entity
- Help maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Support the quarterly-end and year-end close processes, VAT preparations and filings and other controlling tasks
- Review and process employee expense claims in Yokoy, ensuring they comply with company policies.
- Assist the HR Operation Manager in the payroll processing (updating employee change in the payroll system and other HR admin tasks)
- Assist in enhancing and automating our finance process
- Handle mail processing and perform various general administrative activities.

**Your profile**:

- Commercial apprenticeship (or adequate education), and specialized further training in finance and accounting are a plus
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a small-, or medium-sized company
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, and fast in learning and using new software
- Experience in Yokoy, Odoo, or Quickbooks preferred (but not required)
- Fluent in English (verbal/written) and advanced German skills
- Reliable, well-organized, independent and proactive
