For a project at our client’s site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international insurance based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated

(Junior) Accountant - Foundation Finance Team

You'll be part of the Foundation's Finance team and will be responsible for various accounting tasks.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **3+ years working experience in a similar position, ideally within financial industry - **finance experience in an international environment is a plus
- **Strong know how of Balance sheet and P&L**:

- **Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint, etc.) as well as Picot Tables, **Macros nice to have
- **Experienced in Accounts Payable**:

- **Knowledge of accounting practices and financial processes**:

- Qualification in Accounting such as bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fast learner, proactive, agility to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- **Fluent in English**, German is a plus

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the interim
- and yearly audit as well as the yearly WHT and VAT filing
- Monitor cash allocations and credit card reconciliations
- Observe invoices, weekly payments, and month
- and quartal-end activities
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks and process improvements
