- **Financial Wizardry**: Prepare various financial reports and manage accounting tasks with precision.

- **Multilingual Proficiency**: Utilize your language skills in German, Russian, (and preferably English as well) to translate documents and facilitate effective communication.
- **Meeting Maestro**: Assist in planning and preparing for meetings to keep our business operations on track.
- **Problem-Solving Pro**: Resolve routine office issues and collaborate across departments to maintain compliance.
- **Expense Management**: Record company expenses and expertly handle supplier invoices.

**Additional Financial Tasks**:

- **Financial Reporting**:Prepare management financial reports and assist with investment and banking documentation.
- **Accounting Expertise**: Support our accounting and financial reporting efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Completed higher education in business administration, economics, or a related financial field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, auditing, or related fields **is a strong advantage.**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Russian, German are mandatory.

**Other Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer 'back office' systems and MS Office.
- Familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving prowess.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Availability to go for a business trips several times in a year, in order to translate necessary information.
