Admin Assistant
- German Speaking

Responsibilities:

- Assist and provide administrative support to the team;
- Organize internal/external meetings, take meeting minutes;
- Track and follow-up team project, ensure a flawless process;
- Assist with event/conference organization;
- Assist in editing and processing related documents;
- Coordinate internal e-flow processes;
- Calendar management.

**OFFICE SUPPORT**
- Handling shipments and mail;
- Coordinate routine checks in the office;
- Check the compliance of visitors and employees on business trips;
- Coordination of maintenance and repair needs;
- Collect and send daily requirements such as office supplies, water, and coffee to Admin department to place orders.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Familiar with Switzerland local environment,
- Fluent to read, write, and speak in English and German
- 3-5 years of administrative work, team assistant is better;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software operations;
- Strong organizational skills, flexible and solution-oriented person;
- A science/engineering background is a plus.
