We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to:
- provide leadership and people management along: sourcing, on-boarding, development, retention and succession planning
- ensure the execution and evidencing of daily processes and manage production outages & incidents (e.g. risk related incidents) and escalate as needed
- implement change initiatives specific to the region and oversight the change agenda in an agile organization
- support Digital Transformation through the re-imagining of how we work, and how we bring our services to UBS's clients
- design the control environment for the service and complete end-to-end risk assessments to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively
- identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

**Your team**
- You will be heading the Payment Global Service Management Organization which is responsible for payment processes including processing and customer service for the booking centers Switzerland and EMEA.
- The team is functionally embedded in the global Payments organization which implies alignment based on the scope of any initiative or change. Aligned with the overall strategy of the bank, our area has embarked in multi-year key initiatives geared towards F2B automation and digitalization.
- The Team is based in Opfikon.

**Your expertise**
- fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
- exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- excellent leadership skills, experience in leading multiple teams
- project Management experience with the ability to work on multiple short-term project concurrently
- 5+ years’ experience in Banking Industry, ideally in payments / operations
- bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
- track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple projects in a fast paced market driven environment
- profound risk understanding and ability to initiate adequate measures for risk mitigation
