**Your team**
- You will be heading the Payment Functional
- and Process Management team which is responsible for payment processes including processing and customer service for the booking centers Switzerland and EMEA.
- The team is functionally embedded in the global Payments organization which implies alignment based on the scope of any initiative or change. Aligned with the overall strategy of the bank, our area has embarked in multi-year key initiatives geared towards F2B automation and digitalization. We are based in Opfikon.

**Your expertise**
- exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- excellent leadership skills
- experience in payments i.e. SIC, SEPA, SWIFT (ISO20022), TARGET2
- project Management experience with the ability to work on multiple short-term projects concurrently
- 5+ years’ experience in Banking Industry, ideally in payments / operations
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
- fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
