Tech Lead/lead Modeler

- **YOUR ROLE**:

- **We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can bridge**program delivery**and**technical modeling**in a complex MES (PAS-X) implementation. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a regulated environment.**- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Define and own the overall delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budget constraints**
- **Support the Program Director in managing implementation activities, stakeholder coordination, and escalation resolution**
- **Lead and coordinate the modeling team (onshore/offshore), assigning tasks and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.**
- **Provide technical guidance, enforce best practices in MBR modeling and PAS-X workflows and lead design decisions based on Key Design Decisions.**
- **Conduct peer reviews, testing, and quality gate reviews to ensure compliance and consistency.**
- **Assess team capabilities and drive continuous improvement and skill development**
- **Translate GMBR scope into executable modeling strategies and workshop deliverables.**
- **Design and maintain (G)MBR templates and modeling concepts.**
- **Resolve blockers and implement mitigation strategies proactively.**
- **Manage sprint planning and task prioritization in collaboration with Buyer.**
- **Ensure modeling aligns with MES architecture and integrates with systems like ERP, LIMS, and SCADA.**
- **Maintain documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and SOPs in line with GMP and GAMP5 standards.**
- **Support validation activities and change control processes.**
- **Participate in Wet testing and Hypercare periods.**
- **Act as SPOC for all modeling-related communications, including scope, directives, and timelines
***YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**: **Proven experience in MES/PAS-X project leadership and technical modeling**
- **Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP5, and regulated manufacturing environments**
- **Fluent**German**and full onsite availability in Switzerland**
- **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**
- **Agile mindset with SCRUM collaboration experience**
- **Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
