**Your role**
- Are you an experienced initiative manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex initiatives? Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked activities? Do you want to play a key role in the integration of UBS Asset Management (AM) and Credit Suisse Asset Management?
- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager to lead the AM Tech Integration Office to:
- govern the complete AM Tech Integration program with 18 workstreams and extensive dependencies into AM Business, Group Operations and Technology Office (GOTO) and other areas of the bank
- orchestrate successful Integration delivery against plan and budget including reporting and tracking, risk management and quality assurance, stakeholder management and communication, and
- coordinate all required activities of the integration including PMO, senior management updates and presentations, detailed reporting, ad-hoc requests and clarifications
- engage closely with the AM Tech Management Team and the Head of AM Technology to ensure all aspects related to Integration are communicated and reported appropriately as basis for decision making
- ensure accurate, diligent, forward-looking, and up-to-date reporting of AM Tech milestone delivery into the Group Integration Office and Group Operations and Technology Integration Initiatives (GOTii) via the applicable tools and active participation in the respective forums
- support strategic planning activities of the AM Tech target organization and architecture beyond Integration in close collaboration with the wider organization
- regularly prepare, review and syndicate materials required for various stakeholder meetings working closely with the AM Tech Integration Lead and the Head of AM Tech
- be a culture carrier for key UBS Principles and Behaviors and foster collaboration across teams

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Asset Management Technology division leading the Integration Office in Zurich. You’ll play a central role in the AM Tech organization for the foreseeable future with the opportunity to establish a high-performing team and growing into additional fields of responsibility as the Integration matures. You will take on direct line manager responsibility for a team of 5-10 colleagues in the Integration Office while orchestrating a pool of 100+ workstream leads and team members, delivery teams and external consultants drawing together the different strands of activities essential for the successful execution of Integration.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 10+ years initiative management/program/project management (delivery and execution) experience
- strong/proficient skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- strong organization skills and ability to structure and simplify complexity
- ideally basic understanding of the Asset Management industry
- general understanding of major Technology topics relevant for the Integration (e.g., data migration, system decommissioning)
