**Your role**
- Are you an experienced initiative manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex initiatives? Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked activities? Do you want to play a key role in the integration of UBS Asset Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management?
- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager to:
- manage aspects of Asset Management Tech integration including planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- coordinate the tasks of the integration including PMO activities across the various vertical and horizontal streams
- help resolve conflicts and dependencies with the Dependencies Management horizontal stream and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- play an active role in risk mitigation and management with the Integration Risk Management horizontal stream
- gain good understanding of key project topics as part of a collaborative approach to support effective delivery
- prepare, review and syndicate materials required for various stakeholder meetings
- be a culture carrier for key UBS Principles and Behaviors and foster collaboration across teams

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Asset Management Technology division as part of the Integration Office in London/Zurich focusing on integration related activities. As an Initiative Manager you’ll play a key role in central coordination, drawing together the different strands of activities essential for the successful execution of integration.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5+ years initiative management/program/project management (delivery and execution) experience
- strong/proficient skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- strong organization skills and ability to hit deadlines
