- We’re looking for a Stream integration manager to:
- drive the success of large, complex objectives by managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked initiatives and communicating effectively within different streams and across the business and sponsors
- manage initiatives, which includes planning, budget, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential risk and issues, identify and manage clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective management and engagement
- coordinate the tasks of the initiatives among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts, ensuring budgets are adhered to and closely managed
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, maintain, and monitor the stream level risk management plan and communicate regularly with the stream leads and crew leads to ensure full transparency and collaborate with streams/divisions to provide transparency of strategic/regulatory initiatives
- ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made and provide cross-stream project plan supporting key deliveries and contributing teams
- provide risk and dependency tracking within the Digital Core Services stream and across interacting streams, guided by Cross Steam Demand and/or partner dependent capability
- progress reporting materials and communication goals, provide milestone maintenance and tracking oversight and delivery of planned execution and reporting of milestones achieved as planned

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Asset Management Digital Core Services Stream Team, as part of the Asset Management Technology division. We provide technology support to our business counterparts on the Asset Management side. As an Initiative Manager you’ll play an important role in supporting the AM Operations, Accounting and Control environment.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 15+ years of experience in the Technology plan/project management, delivery, and execution
- experience of large project execution and delivery in an Asset Management / Wealth Management Division, Asset Manager, Investment Bank etc.
- experience in project/ programme tooling to support plan generation and maintenance and working with solution delivery teams utilizing agile methodologies
- experience working with multi-location teams, multiple business partners and clients
- portfolio governance and management, financial management resource planning and management in partnership with Business Management
- ability to build relationships across a global organization, provide good analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure, hit deadlines and manage to a budget
- aptitude for technology, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
