**Your role**
- Are you interested in shaping the Future of Payments in UBS?
- Are you a good communicator, keen to analyze and work with data in order to prepare the basis for decisions?
- We are looking for a Service Manager Payments completing the team in the following areas of responsibility:
- strategy definition for our services (footprint, contract management..)
- analyzing payment data retrieved from our management information system (MIS)
- design, maintain and execute controls and performance indicators for key processes
- oversight, control and documentation of machine learning and artificial intelligence models to improve payments processing efficiency and to minimize risk
- administering payment fraud governance and data quality management agenda
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Service Management Payments in Opfikon. We are responsible for defining and executing the strategy of payments services in Switzerland and WMP locations with self-clearing market access.
- In this role, we sponsor regulatory and payments efficiency initiatives, shape the payment fraud detection agenda and support industry research programs utilizing CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency).
**Your expertise**
- ideally 3+ years of working experience in the area of payments within the financial services industry
- service management, data management and model governance skills of advantage
- open-minded towards new technologies and way of working, know-how in automation, digitalization
- outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills (MS Office 365 apps)
- strong analytical skills in order to utilize our underlying management information systems (MIS) - experience with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Python, SPSS of advantage
- careful when evaluating conflicting interests and able to adjust to stakeholders needs
- committed to delivering results, taking initiative on daily tasks and responsibilities
- good communication skills in German and English (verbal and in writing)
