- We’re looking for Team Lead Liquidity Management CH&EMEA, ILM Regulatory Reporting to:
- manage a team which manages the payments and liquidity at Central Banks in currencies CHF, EUR, and GBP
- manage the regulatory reporting team which provides intraday liquidity reports and supports Treasury with intraday liquidity modelling and charging processes
- ensure the completeness of the daily business operations.
- provide leadership in managing the exceptions, including technology outages, liquidity contingencies, and invoke necessary measures.
- deliver as per the regulatory requirements in daily business, regulatory submissions, and ad-hoc Central Bank tests.
- provide people management including sourcing, on-boarding, development, talent management and succession planning.
- work with the team for continuous improvements and implementation.
- work in close partnership with the stakeholders in Treasury, Finance, Business Segments, provide solutions to the various demand.

- You will be leading the Liquidity Management Operations and Intraday Liquidity Management (ILM) Reporting organization in Switzerland, which is embedded into the overall Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, and Banknotes Operations organization. The team is based in Opfikon.

**Your expertise**
- good understanding of cash and liquidity
- track record in resolving daily complex problems with a hands-on approach
- track record of successful multiple deliveries in a fast paced environment
- excellent understanding of operational risk
- ability to set the right focus, priorities, and lead the teams in a changing environment
- strong communication and investigation skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Banking Industry
