**Your role**

Do you have an established track record of smoothly delivering process and product change? Do you enjoy implementing enhanced change capabilities across securities and funds business? Are you ready to play a key role in the drive to excellence?

We're looking for a Product/Project Manager within the Execution Hub for primary funds and other securitized products to:

- lead and coordinate business driven projects, take part in planning and delivery
- support the desk heads of Execution Hub in various urgent requests and ad hoc queries
- work with GWM ITP Business Change team as a delivery partner where appropriate
- define features/proposed solutions to meet customer expectation, business goals and product OKR
- define MVP (minimum viable product) and measures of success with the business sponsor and key stakeholders
- collaborate closely with design and engineering to specify the solution details including assessment of system changes
- collaborate closely with IT Delivery Manager and PMO
- prioritize the backlog and work with PMO to sequence delivery
- implement the Business Strategy together with the Execution Hub Team

You’ll be working in the Execution Hub Product Specialist team in Zurich focusing on provide business projects, product coverage, and design and change capabilities. You will be working closely with the execution hub desk heads and the GWM ITP Business Change team to drive the product offering forward. In this role you will collaborate across divisions and functions. As a project/product manager, you’ll play an important role in developing the Execution Hub business in Switzerland forward.

**Your expertise**
- profound primary funds know how (execution, client, and market side handling)
- deep understanding of order handling and execution across all asset classes
- F2B securities knowledge (execution, custody, and ancillary services)
- project management experience and conceptual skills
- ability to drive and deliver independently, implement projects, and solve complex challenges
