**Your role**
- Are you looking for a new exciting development opportunity?
- We are looking for a Product Owner who can work across business and technology teams in an Agile set up to deliver innovative Virtual Assets products:
- the Product Owner will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” through ongoing planning and management of a roadmap
- you take ownership of the product backlog thereby enabling effective delivery
- you work closely with your delivery team, in an agile structure, to deliver features and solutions
- you engage pod members to share their input, deliver on sprint commitments, continuously improve, innovate, experiment, learn and celebrate success
- you clearly communicate impediments, progress and results against agreed objectives and key results

**Your team**
- You will work in the Virtual Assets crew at UBS with a team of Product Owners. We are an inclusive team that believes in meritocracy and has an open minded culture. You will be offered opportunities to develop your knowledge, skills and grow with the team. You will report to the Crew Product Lead, Virtual Assets.

**Your expertise**
- 3+ years of professional experience
- passionate about blockchain and DLT
- comfortable with ambiguity and able to collaborate across divisions
- have good communication skills

Nice to have:

- Blockchain experience is nice to have, but we are also open to hiring quick learners
- experience delivering a product end to end from prototyping to go live
- familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and tokenization concepts
