**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist für das Subscription Backend, vorwiegend bestehend aus Salesforce und Zuora zuständig
- Du bist, gemeinsam mit dem Salesforce Administrator und dem restlichen Technology-Team, für die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest die Roadmap deines Produktbereichs und stimmst sie mit den Zielgruppen ab, verwaltest den Produkt-Backlog und organisierst die SCRUM-Zeremonien mit
- Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse interner und externer Zielgruppen, überführst diese in konkrete Anforderungen und koordinierst deren Umsetzung und Adoption in der Organisation
- Du bewegst dich sowohl auf der operativen (SCRUM, Backlog-Pflege, Requirements-Spezifikation), als auch auf der strategischen Ebene (Roadmap, C-Level-Kommunikation)
- Du bringst deine Erfahrung konstruktiv ein und erarbeitest Strategien zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkte
- Du koordinierst die externen Salesforce-Entwickler-Ressourcen

**Deine Skills**:

- Hochschulabschluss (FH/Uni/ETH) in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Salesforce und idealerweise mit einem Subscription Management-System gesammelt
- Du besitzt mindestens 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Digitalberatung oder als Product Owner:in
- Dich zeichnet deine Leidenschaft für digitale Produkte und die Subscription Economy aus
- Du verfügst über eine hohe analytische Kompetenz, sowie ein gutes Prozessverständnis
- Du besitzt sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch
