**Your role**

- We are looking for a Product Manager to:
- know and understand needs of Client Advisors / Portfolio Managers / Active Advisory) and advices them based on the defined service catalogue (Salesroom Hotline tasks)
- create added value for your stakeholders with an efficient and client oriented advising
- be responsible for special Mandate Codification tasks (e.g. instruction handling) and monitoring of challenging processes
- support and supervise quality assurance on all services and processes
- collaborate closely with Product Configuration, Business System Monitoring, Mandate Management, Active Advisory and communicate effectively to senior management at all levels.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 3 years' experience in the financial service or banking industry, preferably at the front or Portfolio Management
- strong Microsoft Office skills, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- fluent in German and English (French is an advantage)
- product knowledge and quick understanding of complex procedures and processes
- a winning personality and ability to establish strong partnership with the business Client Advisors, Portfolio Management and other stakeholders
- a reliable, proactive and committed team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- proactive and self-dependent working style
