Why do we do this?
We want to encourage people to purchase 1 high-quality product rather than 3 which end up in a landfill. This is why we are on a mission to make high-quality products accessible to prioritize sustainability through our e-commerce 0% financing solution. What does that mean concrete? Our vision is to become the largest Multi-Vertical E-commerce company in Switzerland focusing on 0% financing (MyBikePlan, MyhomePlan, MyBabyPlan, MySportPlan and more).

What we are we doing now?

We just launched our second vertical MyHomePlan This is just the start of our multi-vertical strategy to own different storefronts all focused 100% on 0% financing solutions. Soon we will launch another one (maybe MyBabyPlan or maybe MyMusicPlan).

Aufgaben

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be at the crossroads of sales and operations within our organization, playing a critical role in enhancing our sales processes and driving operational excellence. Your mission is to streamline sales activities, ensuring that all aspects of sales administration are handled efficiently, from deal preparation to delivery readiness. This role is vital for enabling our sales team to perform at their best, facilitating smoother transactions and superior customer service.

Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring that all deals are thoroughly veted and ready for delivery.
- Conduct financing checks and coordinate with finance departments to ensure all financial aspects of sales are complete and accurate.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, updating internal databases and CRM systems as necessary.
- Provide the sales team with essential information, tools, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Manage logistics and operational details related to sales transactions, including coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures to optimize sales performance.
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment in all aspects of sales operations.
- Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and presentations, and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone remote not in Switzerland to support us on this task We are looking for someone who is ready to build a long-term engagement with us in this field
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
