We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

As a Sales Development Lead at Ledgy, your mission is to help us scale our footprint in Europe by enabling our team of SDRs and AEs to develop the best strategies to reach our target client base and drive viral adoption across multiple markets.

At Ledgy, you will...
- Be part of our tightly-knit Biz Dev team from day 1
- Hire, lead and coach our team in all-things Outbound across Europe to successfully build the pipeline for the sales & business development team
- Grow and improve high-velocity sales operations to be a predictable, scalable and repeatable process
- Build our sales development framework to source, contact, and qualify new leads
- Work closely with our Marketing team to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of tooling and web resources
- Act as player/coach and be a hands-on leader that encourages sales excellence and leads by example ‍ ‍ ‍
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Have a monthly 1-on-1 with your team lead to fuel your professional and personal growth
- Build relationships with founders and leaders of the best startups and scale-ups from Europe and beyond

You’ll be a great fit for the job if you...
- Are technically savvy, highly driven, independent and have the capability to build a solid business report ‍
- Are passionate about learning new skills in a fast-paced environment ⭐
- Have at least two years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in the B2B SaaS industry
- Have proven experience in managing sales or account management teams
- Are used to leading, training and growing a team of SDRs or field reps
- Provide great communication and listening skills in English, and a positive and team-player attitude
- Are interested in connecting with key decision-makers across large European scale-ups
- Experience in working with different sales tools (HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions
- Have multicultural experience and will be able to lead a multicultural team, working on different markets
