As a pioneer of premium sportswear brands, X-Bionic® is looking for a Head of Sales Support (M/F/d) as soon as possible who is motivated to continuously revolutionize the sports-wear industry worldwide together with our ambitious team in Wollerau (Switzerland).

Tasks
- Synchronize tasks between Sales Support team members ensuring that they are prioritised and completed on time
- Support sales representatives and help them to keep and improve customer relation-ships
- Manage and process international orders from distributors, wholesale partners and agents
- Coordinate order confirmation, shipping logistics, invoicing and handling of returns
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings with Product, Marketing and IT to improve sales tools, demand planning, CRM and logistics processes
- Establish operational objectives and drive continuous improvement of the sales operation processes
- Organize regular trainings for team members to increase effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration or similar education
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- First experience in leading teams
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems as well as strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Highly expressed customer service orientation
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with areas of responsibility and to communicate complex issues in a structured and comprehensible manner
- Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured approach to work
- Very good communication and expression skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
