Your mission
You help us develop and manage our prospects and customers and make sure that they are having a great experience with CARIFY. You provide support in optimizing our business operations and troubleshooting any issues.
**Profile**:
You have a strong interest in sales activities and handling business operations efficiently.
Your goal is to gain experience in a startup environment and are interested in
the automotive industry and
You are curious to learn and want to continuously improve your skills. You are able to work in an organized yet flexible manner towards reaching your goals.
You believe in the power of teams and want to find an employer that cares about your career plans.
Tasks
- You are required to provide our prospects and customers with a great experience.
- You find new solutions for B2C Sales, including upselling and customer retention workflows.
- You will take responsibility for the implementation and improvement of our processes.
- You will brainstorm ideas to troubleshoot operational issues and answer calls if needed.
- You support the team in building the company.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent French speaker, good proficiency in English (Company Language)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or commercial education
- Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Performance-driven and motivated by working towards objectives
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and always changing environment (High Growth Startup)
