If so, we'd love to take you onboard. Tasks Your role as Director of Customer Success will be crucial to Decentriq's future in our target industries healthcare, banking and the media sector. We are looking for an experienced SaaS customer success professional who will work hands on with customers and gradually build up the customer success function at Decentriq. You will work alongside our clients' technical teams and help them best leverage our technology. We'll need you to convince our most demanding customers to adopt Decentriq's technology. In this key role you will - Own customer engagements from PoCs to production and be responsible for their success by maximizing the value the customers get from our platform - Work with customers who are willing to push our data clean rooms to the edge and identify product gaps that need to be implemented to succeed.
