**Job Mission**

The Learning as a Service Team seeks a strong & motivated young talent who is **enthusiastic about Learning and Digital tools** and available **a year-long internship.** As an intern, your role is essential to ensure that our employees are well accompanied and that their experience on the various digital portals is the best one possible.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Learning Management System Administrator
- Support in different digital learning projects on new launches and/or procedures
- Transfer digital content from Adobe Captivate to new authoring tool
- Regular maintenance of digital learning content

**Activities**
- Support in developing innovative digital learning concepts, looking for new methods and contents following current digital learning trends and best practices, and following Chopard’s strategy
- Support in the development of high-quality, engaging learning experiences including eLearning, micro-learning, mobile learning, and blended learning
- Participate in learning content management and instructional design conception in multiple content formats, such as SCORM compliant online courses, videos, podcasts, text documents, ILT and vILT management
- Project management with internal and external business partners
- Administrative support on the digital platforms (LMS, Elucidat, internal systems)
- Participate in the needs assessment, design, and development of product, and/or role-specific curriculum roadmaps.
- Submit gamification and badge strategy to create and deploy an engaging learning experience through gamification with clear goals, milestones, and recognize achievements which motivate learners
- Participate in selecting learning content providers and curating content
- Provides thought leadership on multimedia learning best practice
- Communicates effectively both internally and with external providers
- Support training initiative implementation of several content owners
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues as they relate to digital learning technologies.
- Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which includes interaction with the System Administrators
- Continually research and appraise new technologies and platforms to enhance our eLearning capabilities

**Required experience & knowledge**

**Required competencies, mobility, interpersonal skills**
- Curious and creative thinker, preferably with an academic qualification
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations (Cornerstone) and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Proficient in using Content Management Systems. Adobe Captivate and Elucidat is a plus
- Interest in luxury sector, sales and training
- Strong Project management skills
- Strong composition and grammar skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Learning solution architecture experience
- Good visual design skills and the ability to storyboard
- Previous experience a Learning Management System or a Digital Tool a strong asset
- Available ASAP for a 1 year, or at least a minimum of 6 months
- ** An internship agreement with the school / university is a must.**
