We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Services Team as **Client Services Digital Project Manager**.

In this role you will be at the center of the Maison HQ’s endeavors to digitalize all current and future client services on all touchpoints and on a global scale, in strong collaboration with the digital community at large within the HQ and Cartier markets.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Digital Roadmap Definition**
- Identify and collect the clients and markets’ needs to define and create services
- Manage and coordinate the service design with the relevant transversal counterparts
- Translate business and client needs into digital requirements

**Digital Roadmap Implementation**
- Manage key digital projects
- Define and animate key users’ community, and coordinate the testing phases
- Support HQ teams and markets in rolling out new services and solutions
- Challenge the project team and make sure the results are aligned with the ambitions

**Monitoring & Support**
- Monitor support tickets and client funnel of the existing digital solutions to understand breaking points, liaise with support team and propose solutions
- Organize feedbacks session after go-live to collect best practices and identify areas of improvements
- Define KPI dashboards to monitor and track results of the online services activity
- Provide to markets comprehensive data on results, and co-build action plans to enhance their performance

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US**
- You have 4+ years of experience in digital project management related to client digital solutions in an international environment (in a consulting firm or digital agency is a plus)
- You have proven track record of defining, building, or implementing digital journeys with an obsession of achieving best in class customer experience
- You are used to work with Agile methodology, PMP certification a plus
- You are polyvalent with strong communication skills
- You have excellent skills on Power Point
- You speak English fluently
