We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Relations Team, based in Geneva, as **International Client Relations Coordinator**. This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge. In this role, you will help the Director to manage the team & the client relations community. Your role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other teams such as Digital and Communication. You will also take part of client relations projects for the Maison. **HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?** **Team coordination** - Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A afterwards - Prepare and coordinate all team meetings with Management and within the team (governance) - Oversee the global roadmap of the department **Budget** - Act as the point of contact for client relations team for the budget - Assist to realize the estimated budget - Ensure the follow-up and enhance the current tool **Client Relations projects support** - Support client relations project managers in documentation / set up phase - Prepare content before presentation meetings, organize meetings (sending invitations, check attendance, etc..), prepare minutes following meetings and monitor next steps achievements - Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets - Perform planning of rollout phases in different markets regarding any project - Update training documentation **HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?** - You possess a Master’degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related fields - You have 1-2 years’ experience in Data Management with international exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills - You are fluent in English and French - You possess experience in client relations projects - Salesforce familiarity is a plus - You have excellent understanding of CRM strategies - You have strong international project management skills - You possess good communication, collaboration, and organizational and synthesis skills - You have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - You are flexible and possess an independent working style - You are client & service oriented - Expertise in Luxury Retail industry is a plus - Knowledge of "Client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset **WHAT DO WE OFFER** - We create a positive environment and highlight your personal and team performances - We’re fully transparent and share with you: Maison strategies, key information, needs of others Corporate Departments - We constantly educate you with: Cartier’s savoir-faire, competitive landscape, industry news, client experience best practices **YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
