We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Marketing Department, based in Geneva, as **International** **Client Data Project Manager**.

The Client Marketing team is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge. This newly created position will be part of the Client Data & Knowledge team.

The International Client data Project Manager will be part of the Product Owner Management Team within the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team.

You will contribute to the coordination and implementation of Clienteling initiatives at HQ level and within Cartier markets. You will also contribute to the evolution, maintenance and adoption of the Clienteling tool in the Maison.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Participate in Clienteling tool evolution**
- Collect, consolidate, Prioritize new business needs from HQ & Local key users
- Make sure all relevant stakeholders are informed & aligned about features roadmap
- Coordinate new feature design, implementation, and release with external provider in charge of tool developments
- Organize test sessions with Local key users

**Coordinate Clienteling tool training and ensure accuracy of documentation**
- Propose training plans for Local key users
- Coordinate training material preparation and make sure it is up-to-date
- Ensure Support teams are onboarded on new features

**On the run support**
- Monitor Clienteling issues impacting Local Key users
- Ensure issues are correctly documented and assigned to relevant owners.
- Monitor resolution dates

**Clienteling Reporting & Adoption**
- Provide Monthly and ad-hoc reports on Clienteling usage in Cartier markets
- Be pro-active in proposing new KPIs & reports to monitor Clienteling adoption
- Organize follow-up sessions with markets having low adoption rate
- Ensure action plans are well defined and owners identified

**Project Management**
- Provide Clienteling tool status to HQ Management & Project stakeholders
- Organize project meetings, send meeting minutes
- Promote the tool features within the Maison by delivering outstanding presentations

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You possess at least a bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- You have 2-3 years’ experience in CRM, Customer Data or Clienteling in the industry and/or consulting firm
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills
- You able to work with multiple stakeholders in an international organization
- Experience and/ or certification of Salesforce Services Cloud or Sales Cloud is a strong asset
- Experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
