International Client Data Project Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Join our International Client Data Ownership team as International Client Data Project Manager for one year as of January 1st 2026. In this role you will report to the International Client Data Ownership Senior Manager. The team's primary objective is to oversee client data collection, quality, and processes, from acquisition to consumption, to drive customer data excellence. You role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also key stakeholders of other teams such as Richemont Group Technology, Cartier and Richemont data offices, Legal and Security teams and Cartier markets. Client Project Management - Define business requirements and business rules for both Retail Transformation Program and Client Foundation Strengthening Projects - Conduct testing of new features related to the 360 View integration - Perform client data quality checks and provide analysis to support root causes identification during the testing phases Data Incidents - Support the Client Data Steward investigate Client data incidents - Support on main Client Data incidents & requests on the Google Cloud Platform - Help markets and team members to solve client data issues - Analyze and deep dive into issues to help the users understand the root causes Transversal Projects related to the Client Domain - Actively participate to the main projects of the Client Domain - Clarify with business stakeholders new requirements or existing rules - Communicate and frequently update the Client Community on ongoing changes and future evolutions. Documentation & Training - Act as a point of contact for Cartier Client data users and newcomers - Document project changes and contribute to training the Client Community on the two strategic initiatives. - Keep building the one-stop-shop: ease the access to Client Data information - Organize workshops with the Client Community to onboard the users on the new features. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - You possess a master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field - You have 5+ years in Data product management / Data projects implementation - You possess experience in data analysis/data quality/data cleaning and an experience in databases and SQL language - You possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - You have excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills - You are fluent in French and English YOUR JOURNEY WITH US If your application is selected, we will give you an introductory call to explain further steps and discuss the opportunity.
