We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Client Marketing department as International Customer Data Ownership Manager. In this role, you will oversee Customer Data collection, Data quality and Data processes from Data acquisition through Data consumption. Your objective is to drive Customer Data Excellence, deliver 1st class Customer data quality along with its monitoring and ensure data flows are properly documentation and respect policies and standards.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

**CUSTOMER DATA FLOWS MANAGEMENT**:

- Ensure customer data flow knowledge & documentation
- Support project related to customer data flow
- Implement recommendations based on our latest and recent Customer data audit
- Be the main entry point for specific transversal data flows and data projects such as:

- Data collection form on website, internal boutiques, external partners
- New Social network integration such as Line, Wechat, Kakao
- Innovation projects including data collection

**CUSTOMER DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT**
- Be responsible for monitoring the Data Quality, report issues and track progress
- Be responsible for Data consistency and quality of all customer data collected, from Website to Boutique, within our internal or external network
- Enhance or support deduplication rules and logic
- Collaborate with markets to promote Customer data quality inside the Maison

**LEGAL COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT**:

- Manage Legal compliance topics (PIPL, GDPR - RTBF/DSAR)
- Ensure new process are integrated into current platforms
- Be the main point of contact for Group Legal and Group Security teams regarding customer data

**TEAM MANAGEMENT**:

- Manage Customer data ownership team
- Act as a team lead to support them with their day to day job and unlock situations when necessary
- Act as a facilitator across the different teams to ease communication and ensure activities run smoothly
- Challenge and provide constructive feedbacks to team members to support their professional development.
- Build a strategy to scale team and resources according to projects and business needs

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You possess a Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 10 years of experience with Data project Management, Data governance, Team Management and proven leadership within an international context
- You have a strong experience with data flows, data architecture
- You have a proven partnership with a data office and a proven experience on data governance, data lifecycle
- You have excellent knowledge of Customer database
- You have good management skills
- You have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- You are customer & Service Oriented
- You are flexible and independent
- Your expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
- You are fluent in both English and French
