**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.
The Client Services Coordinator will help the Director to manage the team & the Client Services community. His/her role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other Central functions. He/her will also take part of Client Services projects for the Maison and coordinate special events.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Support the Client Services team coordination**
- Prepare all team meetings with Management and within the team (governance): participants, agenda, retro-planning, content, minutes
- Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A afterwards
- Oversee the global roadmap of the department
**Support the Client Services budget planning and monitoring**
- Act as the point of contact for Client Services team for the budget
- Manage the contracts, fees registrations and payments for the team
- Assist to realize the estimated budget
- Ensure the appropriate monitoring and follow-up for every budget cycle (LE06 / LE09 / LE12 / LLE / BU)
**Support the Client Services team on specific projects and events**
- Support Client Services project managers in documentation / set-up phase
- Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets
- Ensure the coordination of transversal projects within the team and manage ad hoc projects upon request
- Support the coordination of community events
- Oversee Client Service’s contribution to Cartier internal communication platform and ensure proper follow-up within the team
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
You have great interpersonal and communication skills. You can focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture. You work well under pressure and can juggle several different projects and responsibilities with ease.
**Profile**
- Master's degree in Business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the Retail and luxury industry
- Fluency in English and French, a 3rd language is a plus
