As Web & Social Media Coordinator, you will have to create a cohesive action plan to maximize the visibility and desirability of the Maison through Web, Social and CRM communications.

**For Content Missions**:
Participate in the definition of the Brand Content Strategy with Head of Brand and Communications.

**For Social Media Missions**:

- Participate in the Social Media strategy definition with Head of Branding and Communication
- Execute a results-driven Social Media strategy.
- Define the Social Editorial Calendar and post accordingly cross-platforms
- Be responsible for the different copywriting actions related to Social Media
- Be responsible for the Community Management and engage with communities
- Assist the Media Specialist in the Paid Social activities
- Track and report the performance of our Social activities via monthly reports

**For Web Missions**:

- Define the Web Editorial Calendar
- Be responsible for all the copywriting of the Web pages
- Coordinate the Web Content Editorial Calendar and work with digital team to implement the content our E-Commerce websites
- Define the Newsletter content and work with CRM expert to implement campaigns
- Monitor global Baume & Mercier visibility digital footprint (including partners)

Also your mission is to ensure that Baume & Mercier messages are well amplified through our different networks: Markets, Agents, Wholesalers. This requires you to work closely with our Marketing, Communication, Design and Sales team at group and markets level.

**PRE REQUIREMENTS**:
Passion for branding, social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools (SprinklR is a plus)

Good knowledge of Tik Tok is a plus

Knowledge of Chinese Social Media is a plus

Strong copywriting and copy editing skills in English

Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills

Photoshop skills is a plus

Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask

Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- The internship will start in February
- An internship agreement (convention de stage) is mandatory._
