Chopard can draw upon a vast reservoir of in-house expertise and experience uniting more than 45 different crafts within the twin fields of swiss watch and high jewellery-making.
**The Mission**
For the past years, investments were made into the social marketing, social advertising, social CRM, and website developing our interactions with our clients to transform a simple like into loyalty. We have decided to reinforce our digital investments and develop our online customer journey, to support our omnichannel strategy. We are reinforcing our foundations by developing our analytics capabilities and are continuously improving the website user experience as well as its look & feel to respond to both local and international expectations within the luxury industry.
Integrated into the Digital Marketing team, you are responsible for the maintenance and updating of the product assortment of the Chopard websites. You will also work on the online customer experience and coordinate the campaigns and brand storytelling over the various website versions as well as e-commerces of the Maison all the while ensuring communication consistency.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital project management and a profound knowledge of website management, user experience and web analytics. You have a good understanding of the technical aspects of web projects.
You will also be working hand in hand with various internal and external partners as well as service providers such as our marketing agencies, media agency, SEO agency, translators, developers, graphic designers, etc.
**Specific Tasks**
**Website Maintenance**
- Manage the global maintenance of the Chopard websites and e-commerces
- Monthly update of the product assortment + visual merchandising
- Content enrichment of product pages
- Coordination with developers of web related projects, technical improvements, ticket debugging etc.
- Sharing of web content with our subsidiaries, wholesale partners and franchisees
- International coordination between all the markets for local website campaigns
**Campaign Development**
- Develop campaign strategies based on our global digital objectives
- Drive internal creative teams as well external partners to conceptualize the campaigns
- Coordinate the integration of online campaigns, testing and go live
- Collaborate with the different teams and stakeholders involved in the creation and sending of our newsletter campaigns
- Reporting, analysis, benchmarking
- Budget management
**Project Management**
- Participation in the Maison’s global engagement projects: website user experience optimization, SEO, analytical tools, styleguide development, ADA compliancy etc.

- Knowledge of Salesforce solution is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in the luxury watch and jewellery industry is a plus
