**Your Mission**:
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform leader to work as part of our Digital As A Service team (DAAS), to oversee the platform usage and help Chopard delivering new digital projects.
In this position, you will work and support the digital marketing team, e-Commerce team, CRM & Retail team and collaborate with other internal platforms leaders and other external agencies to successfully scope and implement Chopard brands solutions.
You will leverage your SFMC and Interpersonal skills to maximize the usage of this strategic investment, contribute to our digital roadmap definition, ensure the knowledge sharing, and to its efficient execution while ensuring Platform Stability, Robustess, Evolutivity and reliability.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform leader, you will support all components for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in close collaboration to the teams involved in the end to end customer journeys : Interacting both with business teams: (digital marketing, e-commerce, Retail Wholesale), and with DAAS solutions and plaforms leaders CRM Retail Solutions & SF Commerce Cloud Technical Leader.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support and Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to build business requirements for the SFMC instance and campaign builds and follow-up.
- Support and Collaborate with Retail and Retail Solutions stakeholders to ensure integration and success for complete / omnichannel end to end journeys.
- Ensure full digital marketing utilization and maximization of SFMC investment.
- Act as a decision-facilitator and liaison between marketing and IT and/or Salesforce resources to deliver campaign solutions for transactional communications, acquisition marketing and member engagement marketing.
- Collaborate with peers and experts on other Salesforce platforms (mainly SF CRM Service and SF Commerce Cloud) to ensure standards of excellence, robust tracking, and underlying platforms and solutions are operational at all times.
- Resolve errors within platform and interface with vendor resources and internal support resources.
- Perform UAT and validate campaign components and configurations of elements within the SFMC instance.
- Implement the Journeys and other key structuring elements.
- Support the business teams in the daily operations, animate the users community and permanent knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and maintain use cases, user stories and roadmap for the SFMC instance.
- Maintain and deliver backlog of continuous improvement uses of the tool.
- Contribute to digital marketing strategy sessions based on existing and future use cases and works towards operational efficiency to succeed with digital KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, cost per lead and more.
- Ensure SFMC instance meets all regulatory and data privacy requirements in line with Chopard CISO recommendations and guidelines.
- Advocate for SFMC feature sets and functionalities be up to date on the latest offerings and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, and support business stakeholders in filling product gaps and grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Master’s (or Bachelor's) Degree in Marketing, Technology, or related.
- 4-5 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital experience platforms and content management systems.
- Experience in program management and/or technical implementation a plus.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration Certificate or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner Certificate.
- Preferred: additional Salesforce Certificates (from Salesforce Trailhead).
- Preferred experience working in Agile.
- Fluent with Microsoft productivity products (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
- Preferred basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL, CSS, AMP scripts.
- Language: French Fluent and English (strong professional level) are required.
