Chopard can draw upon a vast reservoir of in-house expertise and experience uniting more than 45 different crafts within the twin fields of swiss watch and high jewellery-making.

**Mission**:
We are currently seeking a Web & e-Commerce platforms technical leader (SFCC) to work as part of our Digital as a Service team, to oversee the platform usage and help Chopard delivering new digital projects. In this position, you will work collaboratively with the digital marketing team, e-Commerce managers, IT-peers and other partners, external agencies and sub-contractors to successfully scope and implement Chopard brands solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the business departments by ensuring reliable, trustful, and robust solution architecture and design of the e-Commerce and website solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability.
- Build a competence center within Chopard on Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
- Responsible for the solution design of Chopard Salesforce Commerce Cloud overall solutions. This includes a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
- Define and manage project scope, financials, and schedule; organize and lead project status/working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; mitigate risks and issues; and track deliverables.
- Contribute to the definition of the digital roadmap and responsible for efficient execution.
- Lead teams of Implementation developers, consultants comprised of SFCC and Chopard resources. Provide solution direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects.
- Coach and mentor internal users team (digital marketing, ecommerce etc ) and developers as they learn to implement on SFCC and Salesforce OMS.
- Provide solutions to problem resolution to complex issues.
- Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements within the team.
- Prioritizing our product backlog to maximize the value of our websites.
- Accelerating the adoption of our e-commerce websites with SFCC, enable migration of sub brands to SFCC.

**Qualifications**:

- 9+ years work experience; with 5+ years in professional services/consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience leading and working with geographically dispersed development teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into efficient solutions.
- Ability to partner with and influence colleagues as well as business leaders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong track record of on-time and on-budget deliveries.
- Be the product owner of Salesforce Commerce Cloud within Chopard.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience with SFCC as e-commerce platform a strong plus.
- A passion for quality and ownership of work is encouraged.
- Language: French Fluent and English (strong professional level) are required.
