**MAIN PURPOSE**

As part of the European Cartier Strategic planning team based in Geneva, you will strongly support our ecommerce activity, having a direct impact on what a consumer sees and experiences on the Cartier websites.

Your main responsibility is to manage organic ecom campaigns for all European markets. You will be also responsible of home pages for each markets, coordinating the needs and calendars to optimize organization and performances.

You will have a strategic role in driving and contributing to the e-commerce communication, coordinating our projects roadmap. You will also play a key role in leading performance analysis on user experience and integrate data knowledge in our decision.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Management**
- Markets coordination: monitoring the e-commerce projects portfolio updating launches dates & key milestones. Prioritizing EU markets feedback and implement local adaptations to support local launches, events and specific sales trends
- Aligning and orchestrating with central and local key stakeholders including digital, media, communications, CRM, marketing and operations teams
- Be key contact point and 'ecom partner' for all content and website related topics for EU Markets
- Lead and support strategic website projects in close collaboration with HQ teams, and EU Markets
- Developing, increasing and promoting e-commerce and omnichannel understanding with internal teams and key stakeholders to continue to build and strengthen the European community
- Extracting and sharing success cases

**Performance monitoring**
- Website performance monitoring: Set-up the right reports & dashboards to monitor website KPIs and identify actionable quick wins & long-term growth opportunities
- In charge of optimizing the digital customer journey on our platforms and constantly maximizing our conversion rate
- Ensure continuous website optimizations through AB tests & change requests
- Competitive intelligence: being in-the-know of market trends, industry trends and competitor activity

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Has a master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce / digital environment
- Ability to lead and coordinate major european projects with track record on delivering projects on target
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in planning, Performance Marketing and analytics
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in shifting priorities
- Data driven & client mindset with strong analytical skills
- English mandatory as main working language
- Self-motivated, pro-active and persistent
