**HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ACTIVATIONS**
Position based in our Headquarters in **Meyrin, Geneva, Switzerland.**
Leading the HQ activation team, the Head of International Marketing Activations develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns in line with the global marketing and communication strategy.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- **INTEGRATED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS**
- Define the annual brand activations plan.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns related to major launches, seasonal campaigns and brand events, at global and local scale.
- Drive and orchestrate 360 projects by liaising with cross functional departments such as product, e-commerce, media, CRM, PR, events, retail and client experience, trade marketing teams.
- Manage the development of all creative assets with the creative department and external partners.
- Lead the Go-To Market and Commercialization Toolboxes to ensure local deployment across all markets.
- **SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS**
- Manage editorial calendar and social media activations including local platforms coordination with China, Japan and Korea markets.
- Implement and publish social media and content strategy.
- Consolidate comprehensive report and performance tracking to identify key learnings and best practice.
- **TEAM MANAGEMENT**
- Lead a team of 4 marketing project managers.
- Manage, develop and foster marketing and communication team members through strong leadership and support skills.
- Build a strong collaboration network with other key stakeholders within HQ, regional organizations and local markets.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **SKILLS**
- 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, communication, campaign execution and implementation within the luxury industry.
- Strong project management skills to orchestrate multiple workstreams and to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Strong people management skills, natural enthusiasm to drive and develop people.
- **SPECIFIC***
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Perfect mastery of digital and social media ecosystem platforms (including Asian platforms).

- Bilingual in English/French including strong writing skills.
