Reporting to the Head of Branding & Communication, you will be in charge of the Media strategy and activation of the Maison. Together with your Communication team counterparts, you will be responsible to develop the global media from strategy to execution.

More detailed responsibilities will include:
**Develop the global media strategy & guide the markets local media plans**
- Manage the yearly media planning process for HQ and local markets (budgeting, annual media guidelines, global annual agency brief, alignment with local markets, execution).
- Develop, execute and monitor global digital campaigns (social media, display, search) & print.
- Develop and execute global print advertorials
- Monitor and review local plans to ensure full alignment the Maison’s global media strategy, monitor and supervise local implementation.
- Animate the marketing community at Roger Dubuis with media insights, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Richemont SPOC (single point of contact) for Richemont Media projects.
- Coaching of a Media trainee

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a degree in communication, media or related fields and 5+years’ experience in a media role (advertiser or agency required)
- You know how to drive alignment between HQ and markets
- You have an eye for outstanding execution to develop engaging media campaigns
- You have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, think pragmatically and are able to ‘do more with less’
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can make things happen
- You are agile and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
- Knowing luxury codes is definitely a plus
- An experience in watchmaking is preferred
- You are known to be an expert communicator and you speak and write fluent English and French, any other languages are of course a plus
- You are open to travel internationally when required
