You are a passionate and dedicated professional eager to join a dynamic Public Relation, Press & Events department.

Reporting to the PR Press & Events Director, you will lead the development of the Public Relation and Press strategy of the Maison, drive its transformation, and ensure the effective implementation in all markets with the objective to increase awareness, create desirability and brand engagement.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will develop and orchestrate the Public Relation & Press strategy directly linked to the Maison's development strategy
- You will drive the operational implementation in line with the positioning of the Maison and its territories / messages
- You will define the objectives in response to a business strategy or image and measure the success
- You will manage the relationship with existing Maison Ambassadors and maximise visibility and usage linked to contract
- You further develop the Maison’s “Made of Makers” program by maximizing visibility of existing collaborations and define new collaborations linked to the Maison’s yearly thematic
- You will define the approach to reach new communities (trendsetters, watch opinion leaders) to expand the Maison desirability
- You define the Maison press strategy and the approach to reach new communities (trendsetters, watch opinion leaders) to expand the Maison desirability
- You will implement the press strategy in markets and define clear objectives per projects
- You will develop new media targets within defined typologies
- You will implement strong reporting to benchmark performance per typology, project, market
- You will maintain and nurture synergies with internal departments
- You will manage a team and are responsible for the budget management and reconciliation for your scope

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- 10 years' experience in Public Relation & Press preferably in the world of Luxury on an international scale
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong Team player, at-ease with transversal collaboration
- Able to federate around a common performance objective
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish and foster strong relations across all levels of the organization
- Significant experience in direct team management
- Fluent in French and English
