**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Key player in the definition of the product marketing strategy of the Maison, the Women's Collection Group Manager actively collaborates to elaborate the strategy and the structure of the ladies collection: including Reverso Lady, Rendez-Vous and all the High Jewellery Offer
- Monitor the development of Ladies product novelties and ensure the coordination and the right level of information with all stakeholders (Project, Supply Chain, Communication, International Sales, and Markets) to successfully achieve the objectives of turnover, profitability and launch dates of new products.
- Sponsor the 5 years plan by monitoring the targeted turnover, quantity, margin and average price to provide the Brand with a safe strategy.
- Follow up of ladies collections performances, supported by the KPIs and analysis provided by the Marketing Business Analyst.

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- University/Business Schools (Hautes Ecoles)
- 3 years + experience and expertise in similar position - including savviness and expertise in Jewellery / or / Fashion
- Previous experiences in Sales and Marketing - international focus is a plus.
- Pronounced feeling for luxury or watch industry
- Team-spirited, relational qualities and ability to work with other departments
- Strong team player, analytic thinker, organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient on Microsoft office pack and PowerPoint expertise
- Fluency in French and English
