You want to enter the world of an internationally well-known Swiss luxury watchmaking Maison with the conviviality of a human-size company, be at the heart of the product conception and contribute to the success of our launches.

You have the soul of an orchestra conductor, your feet on the ground, the head full of imagination and your eyes on the future.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As part of the brand's strategic orientations, you participate in the definition of the strategy and structure of the product offer of existing or future product lines. You ensure coordination with all stakeholders to develop the conditions for the success of its lines and achieve the objectives set by the Maison.

**Manage Product Lines**:

- Analyze the performance of managed lines/collections (quantities, turnover, margins, commercial performance, product lifecycle, etc.) and recommend areas for improvement.
- Participate in the definition of the marketing strategy and propose a 3-year product plan.
- Write and present Marketing Briefs to Industry and Studio Design.
- Manage/be a contributor to the project groups in charge of the development of new products by guaranteeing the quality/cost/time criteria.
- Conduct market research and practice regular competitive intelligence to identify trends, competitive initiatives as well as needs/opportunities for the Maison.
- Work closely with markets to increase customer understanding and ensure the relevance of the product offering.

**Participate in the various highlighting media of the product offer**:

- Follow the development of communication tools: retail masterline, website, press kits,...
- Follow the development of sales tools: Training, sales folder,...
- Validate the product information on the different medias.
- Manage the PIM (Product Information Management) product database.

**Participate in the communication relating to the product offer**:

- Present the product offer internally (subsidiaries/other departments) and externally (International Press during trade fairs)

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

You come from a Marketing-oriented background

You have at least 4-7 experience in product development, ideally in the World of Luxury and are enthusiastic about watchmaking universe

You know how to organize yourself, act with rigor

You are results-oriented and have very good analytical skills

You are also known for your product sensitivity and creative sense as well as for your good interpersonal skills

You have a fluent level of English
