**Mission du poste**

Au sein du Pôle Evènements du Département Communication, en charge de l’organisation et du suivi d’événements PR de la Maison.

**Tâches principales**

Organisation et coordination de certains événements PR de la Maison

Mise en place suivi du budget par événement

Coordination des différents intervenants : décoration, technique, logistique, PR, animation etc.

Coordination interne avec les différents départements et/ou les filiales

Négociation de partenariats

**Tâches spécifiques**

Développement d’un réseau de fournisseurs de qualité

Elaboration de rétroplanning et respect des délais

Gestion des outils de communication liés aux événements : matériel, dossiers de presse, photos et vidéos

Gestion des factures liées aux événements

Soutien ponctuel des évènements Retail

Respect des guidelines corporate

Veille stratégique et recommandation d’événements

Reporting interne des événements

- **Expérience évènementielle dans le luxe au moins 5 ans un must**:

- Bilingue français / anglais, allemand un atout

- Disponibilité
