We are looking for someone who wants to lead the change to build a best-in-class online experience for our Maison through engagement, conversion and satisfaction.

Someone who wants to grow his/her project management skills piloting innovative projects while getting involved on operations to make the magic happen. Someone who is excited to talk engagement, conversion, tech, satisfaction, data, and insights all at the same time.

You will oversee our conversation rate optimization, new features development and tactical digital projects, acting as the go-to lead to ensure everything is seamless on our websites.

You will be reporting to the Ecommerce Product Manager working in close collaboration with our development agency and our creative department along with other key marketing stakeholders.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Conversion rate optimization**
- Infuse an analytics mindset to drive and assess all actions taken. Develop and continuously optimize a monthly reporting view including a focus on our main customer journeys with specific KPIs for each. Analyze pain points, define and implement improvements.
- In collaboration with the website specialist, develop yearly plan to ensure customers are exposed to pre/post purchase services (chat, customer care, etc.), events, masterclasses, exhibitions, reasons to shop in their online journey.
- Own A/B testing and personalization roadmap and lead the features and user experience section, report on advancements and results.
- Review website experience on a weekly basis to ensure seamless experience on mobile and desktop (creative, visual quality, searches, etc.). Report issues with agency and follow up on fixes.
- Benchmark experience and conversion enablers from competition and other industries

**New features**
- Create E-commerce feature-merchandising and new features roadmap and ignite a structured feature brief (business goal, objectives, etc.) based on launches, events, benchmarks, Group priorities. Own and keep front end roadmap slide up to date in cockpit.
- Acting as a project manager, own those initiatives from design - with our internal design department
- to technical implementation driving our team of developers in our partner agency.
- Brief creative team and agency and act as a project manager to implement those new features (engraving tool, usp, etc.). Report on post mortem performance; provide structured feedback to stakeholders on what works and what does not; develop improvements accordingly.
- Support E-business team in launching new services from a front-end standpoint.
- In collaboration with webmaster, enrich E-commerce activation plans.

**Net promoter score**
- Analyze online satisfaction surveys results; report main KPIs and provide recommendations to improve score from a website standpoint.

**SEO and other digital projects**
- Support the System Specialist with our SEO roadmap and co-drive various projects (technical, semantic, outreach ) with the support of our SEO agency including reporting optimization
- Either own or support team members on various digital projects such as new tools or features implementation and usage

**Change management and housekeeping**
- Across internal and external stakeholders, ignite an agile, positive, client focused and solution-oriented mindset; foster collaboration (360 meetings, etc.)
- Embody and provoke omnichannel vision while protecting the ECOM business
- Ensure E-merchandising folder on common is structured and up to date

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- Has experience in customer journeys, conversion and engagement, A/B testing, website development and E-commerce product
- Has a sound understanding of project management (timelines, budget, priorities, RACI, reporting )
- Has strong Organisation and communication skills
- Has an analytical mindset, a good know
