Scope

EL are globally rolling out different business application initiatives based on SAP for our core functions in Finance and HR. Hence, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager who drives these complex cloud application initiatives with authority and clarity on a local level for VisilabGroup. You will lead end to end transformation projects across the Swiss entity and ensure that technology delivers measurable business value.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • lead SAP S4HANA Cloud projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise.
  • shape group wide digitalisation initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes.
  • guide interdisciplinary teams of internal experts
  • set direction, remove obstacles and maintain momentum
  • design project architectures and choose the right delivery model.
  • apply classic agile or hybrid methods depending on what the situation demands.
  • partner with European stakeholders from EL to build change strategies that create acceptance.
  • ensure transparency and rigorous risk management.
  • secure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchor delivered solutions sustainably in the organisation.

Your Profile

  • extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in the SAP domain.
  • strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA Business Applications such as Finance and HR/Recruiting.
  • 5-10 years experience managing complex technology or SaaS projects in-house.
  • Impactful communication skills that align diverse stakeholders and keep them focused on outcomes.
  • Value driven mindset even when navigating complexity.
  • You show empathy and resilience and you take responsibility when the situation becomes demanding.
  • Fluency in English AND German or French or Italian.
