**MAIN PURPOSES**

Within the International Commercial department, reporting to International Retail Operations Manager, the Retail Operations Project Manager supports the development and implementation of key retail operations initiatives while contributing to the operational excellence and efficiency of our retail network and team.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Lead Retail Operations Initiatives**:

- Implementation and deployment of new boutique operating systems and definition of boutique operations processes
- Ensure consistency between business needs and IT solutions, as well as the integration and alignment of Maison’s commercial and retail strategy
- Manage entire project life cycles, from project kick-off to go-live, to ensure successful and on time delivery for global deployments
- Closely follow up with regions and markets to provide relevant guidance, recommendations and support in the implementation of projects including change management

**Drive Maison’s transversal projects**
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support projects impacting Retail Operations
- Act as the main liaison for Retail Operations on the planning and deployment of different scales of project among Group, HR and markets

**Create and Promote Operational Excellence in Boutiques**
- Maintain the global retail guidelines and procedures in coordination with HQ and markets
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement of Maison’s retail operations standards and services
- Ensure Operations compliance, provide report and analysis and build relevant actions plans
- Ensure boutiques are equipped with the right tools and guidelines to operate smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
- Identify and share best practices across markets

- You have solid grasp of retail and boutique operation knowledge, working experience in a boutique environment will be a strong plus

- You have strong client-centric and user-centric mindset
- You are fluent and proficient in English both spoken and written, French or other language is a plus
- Knowledge and experience of SAP system is a plus
