The mission of the Central Innovation Team is to lead innovation as a strategic lever driving the Maison’s sustainable growth and accelerated transformation into the future. As our International Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for our innovation projects, from conceptualization, design, all the way to delivery. You will also be a key contributor to our global innovation portfolio and ecosystem, as well as the innovative culture of the organization.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Oversee the end-to-end project delivery of multiple innovation projects from a people, solution, and process standpoint.
- Initiate, scope, plan, execute, monitor, and track progresses, and communicate effectively to the stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers; escalate and resolve issues impacting project success, operations, and development.
- Define clear business value, objectives, expected delivery, and shared KPIs for our initiatives
- Translate a set of business needs and transform them into high fidelity customer journeys, data maps and technical specifications
- Create position papers on emerging technologies and web3 solutions with a business focus and analyzing the implications and impacts for the Maison
- Define expected results in contribution to aligned team and Maison objectives.
- Ensure the continuity of our innovation initiatives, by diligent documentation, updating project management tools, and other endeavors to ensure knowledge are sustained in our organization.
- Animate our global innovation community, drive innovation methodologies and solutions that may be unfamiliar, and collaboratively clear roadblocks for implementation with the rest of the team.
- Your output is a key component to our global innovation portfolio, which translates to tangible business impact.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have 5-10 years of experience, with solid track record of successful end-to-end project management and delivery
- You have experience in business analysis and/or management consulting
- You are passionate for the creation of solutions to meet new business challenges and opportunities
- You have strong interest in innovation in its broadest sense with a client
- and business-centric mindset
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bring alignment among multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- You have strong analytical skills to advise a tech startup on wide range of business topics, hands-on involvement on daily activities and bringing learnings to Cartier
- You are detail-oriented, self-directed, proactive as well as accountable to meeting deadlines
- You have Web3 and blockchain passion - you listen to podcasts, watch videos, attend meetups. You keep up with the field as something that inspires you.
- You are curious, enjoy working in a diverse, result-driven workplace
- You feel comfortable working with ambiguity and the unknown, and balancing multiple priorities
- You have experience in project and/or product management in digital, technology or startups a plus
- You are fluent in English and French a must
