We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department as **International Digital Project Controller.** In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to monitor the quality of processes and budgeting across the entire digital portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring clear project cost tracking and alignment on several initiatives throughout the Digital Operations Department.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Maintain budget tracking tools for the department and assure correctness of all project costs
- Provide financial support to project teams across full project lifecycle
- Oversee the financial health of projects by analyzing costs, revenue, risks, and pricing
- Provide ad-hoc project related financial analysis and participate to relevant financial or transformation initiatives
- Manage invoicing

**Consolidation & Coordination**:

- Establish improved tracking and regular updating of cross-department initiatives via PMO tool
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders from other units and businesses on joint projects
- Follow-up on upcoming management decisions
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Oversee user management of PMO tool

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have a Master Degree and +5 years’ experience in finance, project management, cost management in an international organization
- You possess excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working
- You have commercial and contract management awareness
- You have a proactive and self-driven personality
- You are a team player with interest in continuous process improvements
- You have very good command of written and spoken English
