**MAIN PURPOSE**

As part of the Cartier Europe Strategic Planning team based in Geneva, you will strongly support the team coordinating European markets’ activations to generate synergies and best practice sharing while safeguarding their local relevancy and creativity.

Your main responsibility is to monitor the strategic planning of the region through the implementation of a robust coordination hub, based on the set-up of a performant planning platform, to amplify local activations when meaningful.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Co-construct with markets synergies to capitalize on regional leverage while ensuring local relevance**:

- Analyze opportunities, and if necessary, deploy key European communication activations
- Support markets in their branding activities according to Maison objectives and standards
- Infuse performance culture with strong measurement analysis of activations
- Share best practices across markets

**Deploy the coordination hub through the build-up of an advanced platform**

**Tool Definition and development**
- Define specification of the project, coordinating with the European strategic planning manager, markets and data teams
- Select the best partner (internal or external) to develop this tool with the appropriate technology in order not to deduplicate existing tools, and to leverage existing ones
- Lead and manage the development roadmap and tool deployment

**Roll out and foster adoption**
- Coordinate roll out for all European markets by providing documentation, training, and support to European markets
- Ensure the tool adoption and tool accuracy based on KPIs and quality assessment.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Has a master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- Experience in media is mandatory
- 5 years of relevant experience in communication / media / digital environment in an international landscape
- Ability to lead and coordinate major European projects
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in shifting priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- English mandatory as main working language
