To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern Global e-Com Projects & Operations (M/F/d) in full time for an internship period of at least 6 months at our location in Glashütte (DE) or Meyrin (CH). **Mission**: In this position, you will support the activation of multiple omnichannel and digital distribution projects worldwide. Your key target will be to drive the digital maturity and growth of our Maison in an omnichannel context, liaising between the Maison’s headquarters, regional teams and key stakeholders on Richemont side. This position is reporting to the eCom Projects & Operations Manager. **Key responsibilities**: - Assist on critical blocking points and follow-up on the timely achievement of project milestones - Organization, preparation and follow up of SteerCo meetings and decision memos, weekly meetings with our regional teams in the US, Europe, APAC and Japan. - Support of the project management, i.e. preparing and monitoring timelines, budgets and ticket boards - Manage the specifications of all the e-commerce and digital distribution business process - Consolidation of market e-commerce performances for global business reporting - Coordinate online content creation, integration, deployment and testing - Continuous review and improvement of our global end-to-end digital CX - Identification of quick-wins opportunities through competitive benchmark analysis and digital trends & innovations monitoring **Profile**: - You have successfully completed your undergraduate studies in Management, Economics or Marketing - You are a reliable, solution-and goal-oriented team player who likes to work in an international business environment - First practical experiences, e. g. through internships or trainings would be desirable - High affinity for e-commerce, digital marketing and digital ecosystems - Excellent conceptual and project management skills - Strong command of MS Office Suite, incl.
