Apply now to launch your career and create real impact for patients worldwide. #FutureofLabcorp About the Team: Our Histology department supports diagnostic and research efforts by enabling the detailed study of tissue morphology, identifying diseases such as cancer, and assessing treatment responses with enhanced precision and speed through automation. Internship Assignment Summary: The intern’s mission is to support the development of digital tools for histology workflows. The goal of this project will be to ensure the long term reliability of our Immunohistochemistry (IHC) data. You'll apply image analysis and statistical methods to assess the stained samples over time. You will have access to state of the art AI models (for segmentation/classification) and analysis methods. This work will directly support our quality standardization across our central laboratories worldwide This project combines biology, data analysis and laboratory diagnostics with plenty of room for exploration,. Education/Qualifications/Skills: You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party. Proficiency in French or English. Scientific background required (Science, Maths, Statistics...) Programming languages: Proficient in programming languages like Python or R. Familiarity with image analysis is a plus. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues. Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
