Events & Hospitality Intern

Reporting to the Events & Hospitality Manager, you will be working on the various brand experience projects and events for the Maison.

Amongst other your main impact will be to contribute to making two of THE annual key moments for Roger Dubuis a success namely Watches & Wonders and the GoodWood Festival of Speed:

- Pre-event organization
- Support the whole Event & Hospitality team with the preparation of the events
- Manage all accreditations
- For WW:

- Be the main contact of the FHH for the Roger Dubuis Maison
- Collection of the badges & distribution within HQ + markets
- Prepare presentations for event with information about watches and trays available
- On site management:

- manage reception of materials
- cleaning schedule
- Preparation & inventories of trays
- Management of staff uniform & pressing
- Hostesses’ management
- Food management for staff
- Poste event care:

- Support the market events with invitations, menu, assets (movies, visuals, etc )
- Support the event Manager in establishing event guidelines

- Background and first experience in luxury hospitality, a previous experience in an events role or at Watches & Wonders be a plus
- Motivated and open-minded
- Detail and solution oriented
- Proactive and quick learner
- Curious and agile
- Fluent in English, French or any other languages is considered a plus
